Job Description: 

Purpose of Job

An entry-level data analyst job typically involves collecting, cleaning, and analysing data to extract meaningful insights and support business decisions. Capable to use statistical tools and visualisation techniques to present findings, often under the guidance of senior leadership.

Skill Required

  • Basic understanding of Supply Chain processes & KPIs
  • Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with Power BI preferred; Learning SAP IBP user stories building
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex data findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address data-related issues to respective stake holders
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data like Forecast Accuracy, Bias & Similar KPIs

Roles and Responsibilites

  • Digital Transformation : Working on KPIs building and trend analysis from SAP IBP & SAP ECC
  • Master/ Transaction Data Management :
    • Demand & Supply Data Collection to Generate Business Insights, from Systems and other sources
    • Data Cleaning, ensuring data quality by identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, and missing values.
    • Data Analysis by Applying statistical methods and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data, using SAP IBP and other tools.
  • Report / Insights Generation:
    • Creating reports and presentations that summarize findings and insights, often using tools like Excel or Power BI, SAP IBP User Stories, SAP ECC.
    • Data Visualization, Developing charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data in a clear and easily understandable way, using visual tools of SAP IBP, Power BI.
  • Collaboration:
    • Working with other team members, including more experienced analysts and stakeholders, to define business needs and translate them into data analysis tasks.
    • Participating in S&Op meetings and leading some areas to show the improvements & trend analysis
  • Learning and Development:
    • Continuously developing skills in data analysis tools, techniques, and industry best practices, like SAP IBP.

Qualification Required

  • Graduation in any stream
  • Excited to learn skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain
