The formulation R&D is setup in a state of the art R & D block consisting of formulation development facility for solid oral and parenteral dosage forms including raw material store, packaging material store, Analytical Development lab for solid oral & parenteral preparations.

Dedicated facilities like NDDS lab, clean area, Oncology & potent area with API store and analytical Development labs.

Dedicated area for Formulation development, which formulates pharmaceutical oral, topical & parenteral dosage forms, from Galenical/scale up/optimization to technology transfer to the intended site of manufacturing of the products.

Galenical development is done in F & D labs where process and physical parameters are set. After pre stability of galenical batches, scale up/optimization batches are manufactured, packed and kept in stability. Based on stability data, technology transfer documents is prepared and transferred to Process development laboratory (PDL) or other respective manufacturing site.

Dedicated area for Analytical development department which is well equipped to develop analytical methods for various dosage forms, raw materials and packaging materials. The department has facility for chemical, instrumental and microbiological testing.
