Job Description: 

Role Details

 Collate market data (IQVIA / Other) reports for EM countries to understand market and Accord performance.

 Maintain 24 months new product launch (NPL) tracker with internal and external reports and create dashboards on NPL performance.

 Analyze market Under registration products market scenario and build UPCOMING MEGA LAUNCHES for EM

 Provide market analysis on CORE brands and existing product performance with insights.

 Coordinate on closure of business case with different stakeholders and validate market data points.

 Analyzing sales performance of key geographies and key brands in Emerging Markets

 Consolidating the business cases.

 Drive market analysis on projects related to brand acquisitions or portfolio

 Support marketing teams to assess portfolio Portfolio Management Support Activities:

 To Prepare and maintain a database of a competitive analysis of Accord EM Latest Pipeline (Products Under Filing, Under Development and Wish List, Scope list) and benchmark with Innovator Products and other Players in respective Therapy Areas.

 To help Portfolio team on monitoring and maintaining of various key databases like PIF Tracker, Portfolio Tracker and keep updated monthly report/Slides as per Management’s expectations.

 To help Portfolio Team on Maintaining a compiled databases like Under Registration tracker, New Product Approval tracker and Dormant MA tracker on a monthly basis.

 To share required Portfolio details /reports/dashboards with entire EM Team on monthly basis.

 To help Portfolio team on MA Productivity analysis on quarterly basis this requires coordination with Regulatory team and finance team to understand various datapoints to be included in the final analysis.

Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Maths / Engineering / Statistics with a strong quantitative aptitude

 Experience rolling out & working with SAP systems/ Tableau.

 Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in business analyst planning, reporting and control.

 Fluent in tools like SAP, Tableau, MS Excel and MS Power point

 Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

 Demonstrate high level of integrity and ethics.

 Pharma industry experience will be preferred
