Intas Pharmaceuticals Limited is situated in a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) which is a fully developed infrastructure specially created for pharmaceutical industries. The surrounding areas of this facility do not have any polluting industries and hence considered as safe for pharmaceutical operations. Intas’ pharmaceuticals facility in SEZ is about 23 Km from the Ahmedabad city. It caters to the manufacturing of General oral solid, Oncology oral solid, Oncology parenteral, and potent gel dosage forms. With the current total manufacturing capability, it is Asia’s biggest facility by Monthly Volumes are concerned.

The recently expanded area at Intas’ SEZ facility caters manufacturing of general category products for General solid oral, General parenteral, Oral liquid and Dry syrup. The facility covers various sections for Administration, Quality control, Quality assurance, Utility, Warehouse (raw material, packaging material and finished goods).

The existing facility is equipped with ultra-modern sophisticated process machineries with integrated packaging lines and ultra-modern analytical instruments to give high productive throughput and to meet the global regulatory standards. The site is supported with strong quality systems and professionally trained technical staff to ensure delivery of high quality products.

• Sterile Products:

1. Aseptic Preparations (Anticancer) – Vials, Pre Filled Syringe, Lyophilized sterile powder
2. Aseptic and Terminally Sterilized Preparations ( General) - Vials, Pre Filled Syringe, Lyophilized sterile powder

• Non- Sterile products:

1. Oral Solid Dosage forms-  Tablets (Coated and uncoated- General and Anticancer), Hard gelatin capsules (Coated and uncoated- General and Anticancer), soft gelatin capsules (Anticancer), oral liquid (General) and powder for oral solution (General)
2. Semi solid Dosage Forms- Ointment / Gel
