Role Details

 

The role has primary responsibility for sales and promoting according to the strategy activities on defined territory within the portfolio of Accord Healthcare products of a particular therapeutic line. Building Accord's good name and market position. Realization of set sales and marketing targets to maximize market share product.

The Role

 

  • Collecting information about pharmaceutical markets and competitors’ activities (new launches, prices distribution policies, etc.);
  • Monitoring of side effects of Accord products and reporting all according to the Pharmacovigilance procedure;
  • All sales and promoting activities must be legal and according to the Hungarian Pharmaceutical Law and Public Procurement Law;
  • Keeping business secrets;
  • Improving your own qualifications and sharing your expertise with colleagues;
  •  Worthy representation of the company's image;
  • Realization of assumed goals and tasks (task working time);
  • Responsibility for sales of his/her products in the subordinate territory and for the implementation of sales indicatorsKPI’s (MS%, Un, Va; number of visits, frequency of visits)
  • Realization of sales and marketing tasks; achievement of sales targets based on a Company’s policy
  • Accountable for establishing cooperation with KOLs in particular field and building a good image of Accord;
  • Establish a scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals, scientific societies, patient organizations; responsible for managing relationships with key customers to build lasting partnerships-up
  • Accountable for launch of new SKU / molecule of strategy Accord HU
  • Monitoring the risk of aging at distributors and level the pharmacy
  • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
  • Managing all medical information of Accord products
  • Accountable for realization of territorial action plan
  • Building and actualizing clients database according to all legal requirements
  • Screen and deliver information about particular products, competitors, prices and establish product portfolio bringing sustainable growth of revenues and gross margin
  • Accountable for management of implementation of marketing solution and coordination of promotion activities
  • Controlling the use of company resources (funds, promotional materials, time allocation) to ensure efficiency and compliance with the objectives and procedures
  • Responsibility for ensuring the compliance of the Hungarian law, Accord policies and procedures by setting a personal example, education and enforcement of required rules by subordinates
  • Collecting information about pharmaceutical markets and competitors activities (new launches, prices distribution policies, etc.)
  • Monitoring of side effects of Accord products and reporting all according to the Pharmacovigilance procedure on subordinate territory;
  • All sales and promoting activities must be legal and according to the Hungarian Pharmaceutical Law and Public Procurement Law
  • Ensuring perfect communication with relevant company departments in order to implement business assumptions;
  • Conducting presentations in hospital wards;
  • Document management and reports of your work;
  • Training and implementation of new employees;
  • Analysis of the potential of the area and individual facilities;

The Person

 

  • A proven track record of successful promotion of medicine products and achievement of targets set
  • An in-depth knowledge of generic drugs as well as an understanding of the therapeutic context including the competitor landscape
  • Possession of knowledge in a given therapeutic area, competitive environment and marketing activities.
  • Key knowledge and experience in the field of sales techniques
  • Analytical approach and negotiation skills
  • Communicativeness, diplomacy, influencing and organizational skills
  • Continuously expanding product and marketing knowledge
  • Willingness to take initiative, result oriented
  • Anticipates future industry trends and opportunities, proactively develops plans to address these and communicates them to senior management
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good knowledge of English will be an advantage;
