Imports - Exports Clerk

Role: Full-time, permanent contract

Location: Schimatari, Greece (free company bus provided from Athens)

Ο ρόλος

We’re seeking a meticulous and methodical Imports – Exports Clerk to take responsibility the for the smooth and efficient import and export of products, while complying with relevant regulations and documentation requirements.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparation of import/export invoices and reports
• Communication with warehouse management, other departments, and other business partners to maximize efficiency, maintain inbound and outbound load accuracy
• Completion of all import and export documentation and customs paperwork
• Receiving incoming orders, checking for damages or missing components of shipments
• Receiving, documenting, and storing inbound/outbound shipments
• Retrieving back-ordered items from inbound shipments
• Using our warehouse systems to process the movement of warehouse goods and inventory for inbound and outbound loads.
• Completing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly required logs and reports
• Following all good practices (GMP, GDP), to the Quality Management System, regulatory requirements, internal processes and procedures, company guidelines, the corporate governance code, the Health Safety and Environment (EHS) procedures and good practices and all company policies and regulations, and actively contributes to their improvement.

Ο Υποψήφιος

• Previous working experience as a Warehouse administrative or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Experience in Pharma industry would be preferred.
• Experience in SAP would be preferred.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Strong administration skills, scanning, filing and data input.
• Understand the relevant rules and regulations relating to the import and export
