Role: Full-time, Permanent,

Location: Bucharest, Romania

The Role

Reporting to the Country Director, the role has primary responsibility for the Sales Team management (recruiting to developing, coaching, performance managing), representing and promoting company to customers, the commercialization and distribution of Accord products as well as successful product launches in Romania.

•Represent the company in the relationship with wholesalers, national pharmacy chains and maintain permanent contacts and business relationship

•Continuously monitor the fulfilment of contracts conditions, in terms of commercial and financial conditions, despite OOS situation

•Reaching monthly sales in target

•Coordinate forecasts for sales to wholesalers and permanently monitor the stocks of the company's products in the distribution system

•Ensure at least one month of stock in wholesalers

•Ensure the right level of stock in wholesalers at county level in order to fulfil all quantities requested by hospitals, pharmacy chains and A+ pharmacies

•Represent Accord at industry conferences both in Romania and internationally

•Monitoring and analysis of market trends and sales opportunities

The Person

•At least 3-year experience on similar position in pharmaceutical industry

•A proven and documented track record of significant success and experience in the pharmaceutical industry

•An in-depth knowledge of generic drugs as well as an understanding of the therapeutic context including the competitor landscape

•An understanding of the national and regional health environment including its structure, policy, key members

•An understanding of the process of drug development and production

•Key knowledge and experience in the field of sales techniques

•Analytical approach and negotiation skills

•Demonstrated organisational skills

•Communicativeness, diplomacy, influencing and organizational skills

•Continuously expanding product and marketing knowledge

•Willingness to take initiative and become directly involved in planning, problem solving and execution of work in a team environment

•Anticipates future industry trends and opportunities, proactively develops plans to address these and communicates them to senior management

•Strong customer orientation
