Intas’ Valia plant and its associated premises are spread across 50 acres of green land. This site plays a key role in Intas’ vertical integration strategy as it manufactures pharma intermediates and key raw material for INTAS APIs which are manufactured at Matoda Unit. This site consists of manufacturing blocks for intermediate processing, warehouse, quality control laboratory, hydrogenation shed and utility blocks. Powder processing area provided in Block-AQ for filtration, drying, milling and sieving of the products. Key activities includes manufacturing of Intermediates for APIs, Key raw materials for APIs and Side chain of Oncology products
