Job Title:  Tenders Specialist

Role Details

The position holder will responsible for the preparation of the submissions of tenders for Accord and will be in close contact with the key account managers, our logistic team and the Country Manager. 

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• The candidate will support the commercial team for participating to national tenders following a public procurement procedure. He/she will be responsible for assisting the different teams with the full tender process. 
• Analysis and preparation of tender documents 
• Submit documentation for internal approval (TAN) and follow up 
• Tenders submission  
• Communicate to customers information on our products  
• Be the link between the customer and logistics 
• Take the calls of our customers and answer their questions 
• Disputes settlement

The Person

• Knowledge and/or skills in MS office
• Previous experience in Tenders would be an asset
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
