The Role
Do you enjoy working with numbers? Are you interested in the link between business and the pharmaceutical industry? We are looking for a Tender Specialist for our Portuguese office.
- Tender administration in the internal system in cooperation with other internal departments
- Execution of the full tender process, ensuring compliance
- Management of hospital tenders and tender information (requirements, results)
- Entering and store documentation into the system Submitting proposals and/or responding to client requests
- Subsequent management of the process after the award of the contract
- Ongoing control and management of tenders and contracts
- Building relationships with relevant stakeholders
The Person
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical law and understanding of the hospital tender process, knowledge of the Public Procurement Act will be an advantage.
- Native or fluent Portuguese language- spoken and written
- English language at a communicative level- written and spoken
- Spanish speaking an advantage
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Ability to analyse and summarise and attention to detail, highly organised.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel) - can handle contingency tables with ease, diligence
- Experience with SAP based systems, knowledge of BISIONA is a plus
- Knowledge or experience of Electronic Procurement Platforms (VORTAL, AcinGOV)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
