Job Title:  Tenders Manager

Role Details

The Tender Manager plays a critical role in driving the company’s commercial success by leading and coordinating all activities related to public and private tender processes within the pharmaceutical market.

The Role

1. Coordinate Tenders area
2. Lead and motivate a successful Tenders team
3. Collaborate with sales department to increase tenders success rate
4. Make pricing decisions based on financial analysis and impact risk for all generic Hx not promoted by sales team
5. Implement analytical and decision support tools need to support increasing number of SKUs and increased tender complexity
6. Responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders in Tenders area, namely SPMS and MoH
7. Collaborate with RA department to have updated Tenders documentation
8. Prepare information for TAN - Tender Excellence Program
9. Support company projects, including SAP implementation

The Person

1. Excel advance user level and user level of other office tools
2. 3 years of work experience
3. Knowledge of other management programs (JDE, SAP, BISIONA) an advantage
4. Ability to analyze and summarize information
5. Work under pressure

Relevant Professional / Educational Background:

1. Good Level of English, Spanish language an advantage
2. Higher education (Economy, Management or Life Sciences will be an asset)
3. Previous experience in Healthcare area
