Tender Specialist

Position: Full-time, permanent

Regions: Prague

The Role

Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical law and understanding of the hospital tender process, knowledge of the Public Procurement Act will be an advantage.

- Native or fluent Czech language- spoken and written

- Secondary education

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage

- English language at a communicative level

- Analytical approach and high organizational skills

- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel) - can handle contingency tables with ease, diligence

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 

The Person

  • Tender administration in the internal system in cooperation with the Hx/Rx sales team
  • Coordination of product tenders with distributors
  • Management of hospital tenders and tender information (prices, new planned tenders) in collaboration with the Hx/Rx sales team leaders
  • Entering documentation into the system
  • Processing tenders
  • Sending special offers to distributors and responding to their requests
  • Coordinating the process of pricing tenders
  • Subsequent management of the process after the award of the contract
  • Analyzing tender results & market prices
  • Ongoing control and management of tenders and commercial contracts
  • Building relationships with relevant distributor clients
