Role: Full Time , Permanent
Place of work: Warsaw, Poland

The Role

To ensure effective supply chain process across regions with complex supply model of MTO & MTS in East Europe countries and CIS & Balkans additionally, new lined up product approvals in CIS & Balkans markets in coming months and years. Will be responsible for building the market confidence through improved supply chain to cater on time market demand across the region and to achieve commercial sales target & EBITDA levels by minimising penalties, keep control over inventory as well cost-effective logistics.

  • Collaborative supply chain process to be maintained to achieve Regional Sales Budget through order management, capacity management, on time delivery, Inventory management and forecast accuracy.
  • Reduce overdue orders, minimize out of stock SKUs across all markets by keeping major focus on Oncology portfolio & Speciality brands.
  • Inventory write-off and penalties to be maintained under budget to avoid negative impact on regions financial goals.
  • Ensure on time supply of New Product launch. Support in market tender by securing stock and ensure supplies for winning SKUs.
  • Maintain high quality relationships with markets, MFG sites and other stakeholders to fully understand the whole supply chain which allows optimized information and transparent planning.
  • Review the revised demand forecast and opportunity business cases to achieve the business goals in quick turnaround.

The Person

•    Degree educated.
•    Demonstrable experience in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain.
•    A very good command of both written and verbal English.
•    Advanced Excel skills along with Power-Point.
•    Practical and proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.
•    Attentive to details and strategic thinking in terms of business orientation and customer insights.
•    Strong organizational, communication, negotiations and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to understand financial statements.
•    Team management experience would be an additional advantage.
