The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for representing Accord products to physicians and healthcare professionals, establishing product sales and performing total territory account management. This includes providing disease information and education to medical professionals and all external customers involved in the care of patients. It is a unique role with full autonomy and the ability to shape priorities in-line with customers and business needs as part of an Italian launch team. |
The KAM is pivotal in supporting the launch and commercial planning, execution, and operational rollout of the oncology assets across their defined territory. She/he will be the commercial point of contact for all customers across the defined territory, utilizing an omnichannel approach to manage them accordingly.
