Speciality Brands Supply Manager EMENA
Role: Full-time, permanent
Location: Stockley Park, West London
Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits
**This role will be 5 days on site**
The Role
This role orchestrates cross-functional communication between commercial teams, operations, and supply chain stakeholders for Speciality Brand products.
The position drives visibility, alignment, and proactive governance across the value chain, ensuring Speciality Brand products flow smoothly from plant to patient, with no surprises for commercial teams or senior leadership.
This role will involve, but not be limited to:
- Project Management Excellence
- Mitigate Risk
- Inventory & Forecast Management
- Supply Assurance
- Issue Resolution & Process Improvement
- Packaging & Supply Projects
The Person
- Proven experience in supply chain, operations, or commercial project management, ideally within pharmaceuticals or specialty products.
- Demonstrated experience working with global supply networks and S&OP processes
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems, forecasting software).
- Track record of managing complex projects and delivering results under tight timelines.
- Pharmaceutical/Healthcare experience (Biosimilar/ Generics preferred)
