Specialist Sales Representative – Central Portugal
Role: Full- time, permanent
Location: Field-based (with regular travel – up to 70%)
Territory: Central Region

The Role
Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers - preferred areas Urology, Oncology and Pulmonology Physicians, pharmacists and nurses (HCP), maximising sales of products and increasing market share of the products.

Presenting with strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (both with customers and colleagues).
•
Develop an understanding of the relevant product and diseases area to facilitate detailed sales discussions with medical professionals
•
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
•
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
•
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
•
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
•
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
•
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
•
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
•
Continuously improve through feedback
•
Keep up to date with any changes to the NHS
The Person
Sales experience (HCP) as a SR with strong results focus and show initiative.
•
Continuously demonstrating strong 1:1 selling skills in accordance with the client's expectations.
•
Maintaining excellent ongoing knowledge of the therapeutic areas in focus.
•
Ideal an academic degree
•
Sales experience in Urology, Oncology and Pulmonology - prefered
•
Good rapport, planning and organizing
•
A real desire to challenge yourself to succeed and exceed targets
•
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
•
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
•
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
