The Role

We have two exciting opportunities for experienced and customer focused Sales Representatives to join our commercial team to promote and sell Accord’s Urology, Oncology and Pulmonology products to HCP.

 

With strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills you will establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships and with an understanding of the relevant product and diseases area, you will be confident in holding detailed sales discussions with HCP and perform cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs, and analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.

The Person

  • Proven experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical sector with knowledge of the hospital and prescription markets
  • Sales experience in Urology, Oncology and Pulmonology - preferred
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen with strong analytical skills, good negotiation skills and experience with contracts
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work cross functionally and build effective internal and external networks with key stakeholders
  • Strong customer focus – dedicated to meet expectations of customers and able to build effective relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office and a high level in MS Excel
  • Fluent in Portuguese, both written and spoken is essential
  • Good level of English desirable
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree in business, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field (preferred but not essential)
