Site Services Manager

Role: Full-time, permanent

Location: Stockley Park, West London

Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits

The Role

This role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Site support for visiting Global leaders, Intas & Accord.
  • Organisation of business and social events, outreach programmes and charity events for the site 
  • To support all aspects of site publicity and communications working with Marketing and Corporate Affairs teams.
  • Acting as first point of contact for people from both inside and outside the organisation, responding to general telephone enquiries relating to Stockley Park, dealing with queries and forwarding if required to the relevant staff. 
  • Day to day point of contact and management of soft facility contractors including catering, work wear, minor works and cleaning companies.
  • Provide 5 day a week coverage of day to day site management activities, including issue management, management of site contractors and ensuring compliance with site specific and company wide policy and procedure.
  • Ensuring compliance and validity of all site required documentation.
  • Supporting and commissioning the procurement function in re-tendering, re-negotiation or monitoring performance of soft facility contractors 
  • Act in a professional manner maintaining diplomacy and confidentiality in communicating highly sensitive or highly contentious information with people of all levels within the company and elsewhere.
  • Development and improvement of working areas to ensure the facility meets the expectations of a high value pharmaceutical company. 
  • Assist in the preparation and participation in any audits or relevant visits. 
  • Assist in the preparation, review and issuing of other general site documents and controls.  Typically, this will include support with SOPs, COSHH, SSOWs, etc.
  • Maintaining a standard of excellence in adherence to Accord agreed Behaviours and HR best practices. 

The Person

  • FMP – Diploma/ Advanced qualification
  • Educated to A level Standard
  • EHS & Safety certification
  • NEBOSH HSE certificate
  • Managerial experience leading soft facility contracting teams for the benefit of the organisation
  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • The ability to prioritise for key deliverables
  • Self managed and well organised with positive can do customer centric attitude
  • Excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills
