Senior Legal Advisor (In-Licensing) Europe
Role: Full-time, permanent
Location: Stockley Park, West London (Could also be, Lille, Barcelona, Utrecht)

The Role
The senior legal advisor will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all kinds of complex & non-complex commercial agreements (particularly license & supply agreements, supply and contract manufacturing agreements, services agreements, termination agreements, term sheets, CDAs and amendments thereof).
- Assist business in managing disputes with third parties (including liaising with external counsel as required)
- Liaising between the affiliates of the Accord Group and the external corporate legal advisors with regards to secretarial services.
- Participating in the design and improvement of new or existing templates of the most commonly used agreements within the Accord Group, as well as internal organizational policies of the legal department.
- Being accountable for the tasks done but knowing when and what to escalate.
- Supporting our in-licensing of both novel products and biosimilars. The connected agreements will be matters such as development, supply, technology transfer etc
- Primary focus on speciality brands licensing and associated subsidiary agreements.
The Person
Essential:
- Degree in Law.
- Significant experience as a lawyer (post qualification)
- Proven English proficiency.
- Pharma experience
- Exposure to multi-national environment
- Additional post-graduate studies in commercial law, competition law or life-sciences law.
