Medical Representative – Specialising in Urology / Oncology

 

Full-time, permanent contract

The Role

We are recruiting a hospital sales representative for our Accord Healthcare France sales team, ideally specialising in urology or oncology, to cover the departments of Loire-Atlantique, Vendée, Maine-et-Loire, Mayenne and Sarthe. Your main role will be to promote our Accord Healthcare products to healthcare professionals (hospital channels). To do this, you will provide high-quality medical and scientific information tailored to the needs and expectations of healthcare professionals regarding the products under your responsibility.

Promotion must comply with the certification framework for information activities involving canvassing or prospecting aimed at promoting medicines, the charter for promotional information activities, and pharmaceutical regulations, as well as the procedures and methodology defined by Accord Healthcare.

You will also establish and maintain close relationships with healthcare professionals across the board in order to successfully promote the product range for which you are responsible.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing your Sector Action Plan in order to identify the growth drivers to be implemented. Finally, you will ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with all key stakeholders at Accord Healthcare (Regional Medical Managers, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, etc.) and oversee the organisation of meetings and progress reviews with these key stakeholders.

The Person

•    A medical representative qualification is essential for this role

•    Significant experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with in-depth knowledge of urology/oncology

•    Strong negotiation skills

•    Ability to influence and communicate effectively

•    Customer and goal-oriented

•    Strong analytical skills and a desire to work in a strategic environment

•    Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work independently

•    Cross-functional approach and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
