The Role

The Role: 

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic and growing Specialty Brands Team at Accord. In this exciting, new role, you’ll lead and manage the Specialty Brands Field Force for the Region of North or South Germany.  

Your activities will include: 

  • Leading, motivating and inspiring your high-performing team in your region is one of your main tasks 
  • Implementing our local sales and marketing strategy with a focus on further developing and expanding our successful business relationships with existing and new customers 
  • Regular 1:1 face-to-face coaching and joint KPI evaluations together with your team are your top priority, to further sharpen the personal and business-relevant skills of your team  
  • Achieving or exceeding your sales targets for the Specialty Brands inline & pipeline portfolio  
  • Recognize potentials to further strengthen the region whilst continuously expanding our market share 
  • Keep constant track of Market Access & competitor developments.  
  • Work closely with other commercial teams and participation in the development & implementation of the local strategy together with the cross-functional team 
  • Participate in events and congresses in the region and beyond as a representative of Accord 
  • Build strong personal relations to KOLs in Urology, Hemato- & Oncology 
  • Control & Manage your regional budget 
  • Orchestrate monthly/quarterly territory business reviews for the cross-functional-team to analyze the market and consolidate market/competitor/product information and provide feedback to the internal strategy 
  • Constantly improve CRM management through analysis, planning, controlling, monitoring and reporting of KPIs based on defined business priorities  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Medical, KAM, ComEx, RA, QA, SCM 


The Person

Scientific Degree or equivalent education in accordance with §75 AMG (Pharmareferent) 

Previous experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical field 

Experience in leading regional or local sales teams and project management are mandatory  

Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken German and English  

High resilience and high degree of initiative  

Assertiveness as well as willingness to coordinate and teamwork  

Well-structured working approach and excellent management skills  

High and distinctive consulting and support orientation, targeted work  

Relevant experience in the field of Urology, ideally also in Oncology
