Role Details

The KAM AI will have to build a new Franchise in Spain, the Autoinmune one. Introduce Accord as a partner of choice and sell all products belonging to this Business Unit

The Role

  • Create, establish and consolidate a solid Accord image of confidence in Autoinmune field in terms to be “A partner of choice” for the specialties involved besides our customers (HCPs)
  • Promote and sell AI SB products at least at the budget level to make the Unit profitable as soon as possible
  • Implement successfully the Marketing Plan and define its own plan and strategy to achieve the specific objectives (sales and market share) besides creating a secure short-medium-large customer relationship and loyalty to Accord Healthcare
  • Map the key decision makers, KOLs and treatment area specialist (HCPs) targeting them and classifying according to adoption pathway (advocate, aware, user ..) in terms to define strategies and achieve sales from the beginning
    • This means to visit Hospitals, Health Centre’s and street pharmacists if needed 
  • Attend and be active at all Congresses and Meetings proposed in order to give the best Accord image and establish the best relationships with customers
  • Collect and analyze market trends to prepare reports informing on the activity and to spot sales opportunities
  • Create/maintain a database of the region to sufficiently manage the territory
  • Elaborate and prepare reports informing about the activity, possibilities, potential, competitors, DAFO. Analysis and area review with the purpose of sharing and consequently adapting strategy and improving their competences

The Person

  • Experience in a similar commercial/sales position within the pharmaceutical industry/medical device/nutraceutical is essential
  • Experience in Autoinmune field would be desirable
  • Degree level qualification would be valued (Health Science degree preferable)
  • English is a plus
