Regional Sales Manager

Role: Full-time, permanent

Location: Lille, France 

Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits

The Role

Leading a team of Sales Representative, you ensure that your collaborators present the speciality brands entrusted to them in strict respect of good use and also inform the health professionals regarding security datas of drugs offored.

 

You also ensure about the respect of the Accord Healthcare Policies, local procedures and fundamental principles of professional ethics by your Sales Representative.

 

You engage you to respect the Information Accord

 

You engage yourself to respect the Information Accord by canvassing or prospecting aimed at the promotion of medicines and the requirements of the Certification Standard in force, as well as the Accord rules of ethics.

The Person

Experience Required: 

  • Significative commercial Leadership
  • Strategic, analytical and planning thinking skills
  • Learning agility to acquire strong knowledge of products and disease areas to facilitate effective customer communications
  • Ability to create and manage internal and external networks
  • High degree of self-motivation and long-term commitment
  • Business acumen with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Be in possession of the medical Sales representative's diploma, a title, a certificate or an equivalence acquired as part of the validation of prior experiential learning or the professional card issued by ACTIS.
  • Fluent in English

 

Experience Preferred: 

 

  • Experience working in oncology or urology would be preferred

 

Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed: 

 

  • Microsoft Office pack: Word, Excel
