In-House Recruitment Partner EMENA – Pharmaceuticals

Role: 12-month fixed term contract

Location: Stockley Park, London (full-time site based)

Salary: Competitive + benefits

The Role

We’re seeking an approachable and pragmatic Resourcing Partner to take ownership of the scoping, promotion, candidate management and assessment of assigned live vacancies across our EMENA business. Supporting the full recruitment cycle, you’ll book meetings with relevant Hiring Managers to get under the skin of their vacancies, gaining a clear understanding of candidate requirements and assessment plans to bring the role to life for candidates. To attract the best talent, you’ll write engaging adverts that enhance our employer brand, and promote them across appropriate media channels, job boards (general, niche and international) and through outreach to passive candidates. As applications arrive, you’ll conduct fair and consistent sifts, providing feedback to your Hiring Managers on the best candidates and arranging interviews with appropriate assessment tasks. Taking pride in your work, you’ll continually strive to deliver the highest standard of customer service to all candidates (and Hiring Managers) and promote the company in a positive, friendly and professional light. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll work closely to internal processes, adhere to company and industry professional standards and provide support to the broader Resourcing team in busy periods.

The Person

  • Previous experience in a responsible in-house Resourcing role, used to recruiting for a broad range of roles, ideally with experience in a pharmaceutical, scientific or technical sector.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, with good commercial awareness, experience using digital channels as an attraction tool (particularly for passive search, e.g. LinkedIn) and an understanding of creating appropriate assessment tasks.
  • Experience of designing and managing European / international recruitment campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to relate to stakeholders of all levels and cultural backgrounds with ease and possessing a strong writing ability, with experience of drafting adverts and promotional messages to suit a range of media channels and roles.
  • Strong organisation skills, able to manage own workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, even in a fast-paced and changeable environment.
  • Positive, proactive and a great team player – always happy to support your colleagues.
  • Good IT skills using Microsoft Office and company systems (including HRIS).
  • A recruitment or HR-related qualification, or a relevant industry membership would be beneficial (e.g. CIPD, IRP, BPS or equivalent)

The Rewards

In return, we offer a competitive salary package and offer a range of benefits to support our team, not to mention the opportunity to be part of a progressive and expanding business with global reach, and the support of ongoing training and development.
