Currently to our organisation in Poland we are looking for candidate on the position of:

Workplace: Pabianice

Main responsibilities:

  • Batch certification and release of medicinal products (sterile products)
  • Participation in the supervision of compliance with GMP rules in organizational units affecting the quality of medicinal products (Importer's Warehouse)
  • Participation in quality processes (explanatory actions, corrective actions, change control, product quality review, complaints, audits)
  • Cooperation with quality control laboratories responsible for series control
  • Product Quality Review, approving annual reports
  • Participation in internal and external audits
  • Participation in the preparation of production areas for inspections and audits
  • Participation in process validation processes, equipment qualification, premises, auxiliary systems in accordance with GMP requirements
  • Participation in the development, verification and approval of quality agreements
  • Participation in projects, in risk analyzes

The Person

  • Holding a master's degree (pharmacy preferably) obtained in the field of biology, biotechnology, chemistry, medicine or veterinary studies - necessary condition
  • At least 2 years of work experience with the authorization holder for the manufacture or import of medicinal products - necessary condition
  • Certificate of completion of postgraduate studies conducted by basic organizational units of medical universities that conduct studies in the field of pharmacy, in the case of the need to supplement knowledge and skills

•            Min. 3 years of experience working in a similar position in a pharmaceutical company (sterile products)
•            Understanding of analytical technologies related to the evaluation of pharmaceutical products
•            Knowledge of validation processes / qualifications in pharmaceutical production
•            Knowledge of technology for manufacturing pharmaceutical products
•            Knowledge of current GMP and pharmaceutical law requirements
•            Very good knowledge of English
•            Commitment, responsibility and an ambitious approach to tasks
•            Collaboration skills in a team
•            Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
