Quality Assurance Officer  

Role: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Office based in Munich, Germany

Die Rolle

We’re looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance Officer with strong communication skills to join our QA team and support the operation and further development of the local quality management system (QMS).

As part of a small team, you’ll take charge of all “quality operations” including Training management, Local batch release for sale (GDP release), Complaint processing, Deviation/CAPA/Change Control management, etc. Using your excellent communication skills, you’ll liaise with other departments, affiliates, market authorization holders and manufacturers for quality related questions or issues as required. In addition to that, you’ll prepare for and anticipate in Health Authority Inspections and self-inspections, revise GxP-related documents (POLs, SOPs etc), and ensure all quality related documents are updated.

• Knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements acc. to EU guidelines and German Drug law (AMG)
• Preferably practical experience in a Quality Department, e.g. by working for a pharmaceutical manufacturer/wholesaler/distributor
• A practical approach to implementing procedures and processes within a regulated environment 
• Fluent in German and in English  
• Ability to manage your own time and workload, prioritising tasks in a changeable environment and think on your feet to problem solve and find solutions  
• Strong IT skills within Office environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) 
• Educated to degree level within a Scientific subject or equivalent experience (CTA, CPA, Chemical Laboratory assistant)
