Title: QA Officer - Audits
Role: Full-time, permanent
Location: Stockley Park, London
Salary: Competitive + bonus + significant benefits
The Role
We have a great opportunity for a diligent and meticulous QA Officer to provide coordination support to our Quality Audit ensuring that supplier audits are arranged, scheduled and performed across EMENA in accordance with business and regulatory requirements. To support this activity, you’ll prepare information packs (by liaising with different internal departments) regarding the associated products / suppliers being audited and support the team with associated travel arrangements. Once the audit has been completed, you’ll support the closure of the audits by collating and reviewing the Audit paperwork to produce the relevant data and reports within the specified timeframe, chasing up outstanding information form Auditors and Auditees, as required. To support the smooth running of the department, you’ll ensure accurate records of all audits are maintained in our Quality systems, produce monthly metric reports and manage the Audit inbox to respond appropriately to queries and requests for information.
