QA Associate
Role: Permanent, full time hours.
Location: Fawdon, Newcastle

The Role
Due to continued growth and internal promotions we are seeking additional QA Associates for our Fawdon Plant to ensure GMP compliance in issuance and archival of manufacturing and packaging documentation. You will assist QA Officers, the QA Manager and QPs; issue batch manufacturing and packaging records in compliance with GMP and site standards, maintain records and allocate batch release work to QPs, ensuring data logger information is available & complies for all batches. Keep track of All GMP documents / logs (Change control, Deviation, CAPA, Training), prepare change control, OOS & Deviation documentation. Issue and review of BMR / BPR and Certificate of Conformance, support PQR preparation and archival of QA documentation.
The Person
• Strong background in document management and excellent organisational skills
• Perform issuance of batch documentation and / or second checking
• Ensure batch documentation is in compliance with registered details and site licence i.e. artwork of carton, leaflet & foil, expiry date, pack type & storage condition
• Adhere to production schedule requirements
• Coordinate with Commercial / Logistics for planning timely release of batches, and with FP (bulk) site to get documents in time
• Coordinate with Warehouse / QC / third party laboratories to send samples for testing site in time and to minimise the analytical time
• Ensure batch documentation is obtained and reviewed timely, provide necessary feedback to QPs for batch release
• Update warehouse, logistics and senior management on release status, keep log and release related documents up to date and in retrievable manner
