Product Manager - Pharmaceuticals

Role: Full-time, permanent

Location: Lille, France

Le rôle

We have an exciting new opportunity for a proactive and motivated Product Manager to join our team, supporting with the sales of an upcoming critical product launch in the oncology therapy area, as well as future product launches. In this role, you’ll be taking charge of implementing the brand plan in the local market and be responsible for the roll out of the corporate strategy into French specific programs and enforcing utilisation of these programs by the Sales Force, being creative and finding solutions to issues when necessary.

In addition to that, your day-to-day activities will include KOL mapping, material repartition and translation, market survey developments and budget management. You’ll be working closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders (sales, regulatory affairs, legal, competitive intelligence, etc). and deliver innovative, impactful programs and identify innovation and development opportunities.

La personne

MSc in a scientific subject and/or an MBA in business or Pharmaceutical Marketing required, diploma in pharmacy would be an advantage

Product Management/Marketing or strategic decision position in commercial operations or marketing at a generic/biosimilar pharmaceutical company preferred

Experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry with experience of product launches to the French market is essential, experience in lung cancer products an advantage

Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, ability to manipulate and analyse data

Excellent communication skills, in written and spoken English and French, confident liaising with all levels of authority and able to navigate cultural differences with ease

Ability to demonstrate calm objectivity in a pressurised, results driven environment

Highly organised with excellent organisational and time management skills; high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills with a positive “can do” attitude

Digital marketing with multi-channel experience would be an advantage
