  • Develop and maintain robust launch plans, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all launches follow a consistent, compliant, and wellgoverned launch process aligned with regulatory, quality, supply chain, and commercial requirements.
  • Challenge assumptions and timelines to accelerate launches where feasible without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Act as the central coordination point across Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Medical, and Commercial functions.
  • Drive ontime milestone delivery through proactive engagement, escalation, and issue resolution across matrix teams.
  • Coordinate and lead key crossfunctional launch meetings, ensuring clear actions, accountability, and timely escalation where required.
  • Partner with supply chain and technical teams to ensure availability of required technical, packaging, and supply information.
  • Feed launch timelines, assumptions, and consolidated forecasts into capacity planning, financial planning, and commercial planning processes.

The Person

  • Significant project or product launch management experience, ideally within pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • Strong experience across generic and/or specialty product launches (biosimilars beneficial but not essential).
  • Proven ability to work effectively in international, cross‑cultural matrix organisations.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Advanced IT skills, including MS Excel and Word, with the ability to analyse and manipulate data.
  • Degree in Science or Engineering (desirable).
  • Formal project management experience or qualification (desirable).

The Rewards

In return, we offer a competitive salary and rewards package (including holiday, bonus and pension scheme). Not to mention the opportunity to genuinely make a difference in a new and dynamic role within a progressive and expanding business, at an exciting time of growing international reach.
