The Role

 

We’re seeking an ambitious and performance focused Senior Procurement Manager to be based in London or Schimitari. You will be responsible for creating and managing a clear portfolio of third-party suppliers to meet the Accord Plan for next 5 years. Your focal point will be to lead the 3rd Party Procurement team ensuring best leverage with Direct Procurement as well as leading the commercial supplier work on Tech Transfers. Using a matrix and scorecard approach you will develop and define the Strategy for IL and CMO suppliers.  

On a daily basis you’ll use your proven skills to lead from the front and drive supplier’s performance to Accord expectations, and ensure partnerships are developed to create value as well as leading ongoing negotiation for supply terms in conjunction with IL team for Third party Suppliers.

You will be expected to provide exceptional stakeholder management acting as the interface between third party suppliers and Accord Healthcare.

This is a crucial role and superb opportunity for the right candidate to grow and develop into, making a key strategic contribution to the wider EMENA procurement team.

 

The Person

  • Proven, relevant, experience within Supply Chain managing 3rd party suppliers
  • Reporting to provide visibility, internal Customer Service
  • Knowledge ERPs such as, SAP, Oracle, others.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • High level of English
  • Able to constructively challenge
  • Negotiation
  • Project Management
  • Assertive and tenacious with the ability to follow-up.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven communicator across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Desirable; excellent commercial understanding
