Role Details

The oversight and management of IP cost controls, including budgets and opex.

Construction and implementation of global brand and trademarks databases. Docketing of trademark documents and patent litigation documents. Maintenance of internal IP databases. Monitoring budget and processing invoices.

Support IP EMENA team with its broader global remit and oversight of India and US IP teams on patent, trademark and regulatory matters and workstreams.

The Role

• Monitoring IP budget and processing of invoices.
• Day-to-day admin support to our IP EU team.
• Create, populate and maintain global brand and trademark database for Accord
• Trademark searches. Support in the evaluation of Freedom to use and registration analysis of brand names proposed by the EMENA Regulatory/Marketing teams
• Support in registration of trademarks and docketing of registration files.
• Maintenance of domain names database.
• Docketing and responding to parallel import requests.
• Support in M&A: revision of documents and preparation of summaries and presentations.
• Support in patent litigation cases, docketing of documents, preparation of presentations.
• Maintenance of internal IP databases.
• Coordinate signature process for IP documents and contracts.
• Docketing India and US IP workstreams and admin/coordination support across our network.
