New Product Launch Executive/Manager 

Role: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Varied Site Opportunity- dependent on Applicant experience

The Role

We are seeking a New Product Launch Executive/Manager for key product launches from initiative until steady supply post launch. Ensuring delivery of launches on time in line with the commercial plan (Right First Time)

  • Ensure all product introductions follow a robust process that adheres to regional and local regulatory, quality, supply chain and commercial requirements
  • Management of key functions to ensure on time delivery of each milestone to meet the final launch date target.
  • Detailed project management of delivery of products pan European, including market readiness, management of logistical plans and supporting co-ordination of external test and release sites where required for priority products.
  • Provide visibility of launch dates and key milestones for each SKU to markets and ensure supply reliability of product before handing over for business as usual.
  • Monitor Competitive landscape, pricing evolution and post launch performance. Monitor Patent landscape where applicable in order to determine the most suitable launch strategy in conjunction with IP compliance
  • Perform post launch review key launches to drive lessons learned and continuous improvement. Focus on COGs improvements & Supply Chain Business Continuity Planning to ensure smooth and robust supply chains.
  • Co-ordinate key functional meetings with functional members and ensure escalation of issues in a timely manner.
  • Report status updates on projects to a range of stakeholders
  • Internal manufacture & external contractor launch management

 

The Person

 

  • Project management experience (Preferred)
  • Pharmaceutical/Healthcare experience (Biosimilar/ Generics preferred)
  • Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office (Excel & Word), ability to effectively manipulate and analyse data
  • Excellent communication in written, oral and presentation skills
  • Ability and understanding of working in an international cross-cultural organization
  • Ability to build teams, motivate people and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills; high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Results focused, with a business orientated/commercially astute approach.
