Role Details

 

Portfolio & NPL  Associate Director EAST HUB

The Role

 

  • Portfolio manager
  • Identifies attractive segment across countries and segments and identify an entry strategy for each segment
  • Analyses corporate portfolio and incorporates input of country managers, experts and HUB director
  • Actively scouts the market for opportunities and escalate them as needed
  • Secures portfolio strategy fits within the overarching Accord strategy of development and doing so aligns the ambition of his or her work with the company’s vision
  • Accountable for all New product launches for Accord
  • Ensures a consistent and timely completion of launch readiness activities
  • Provides guidance and develops launch expertise to ensure launch excellence
  • Develops and tracks prelaunch and launch performance measurements
  • Identifies bottlenecks, dependencies, and key decisions points in the launch process
  • Understands and works cross\-functionally with various internal stakeholders to identify the critical success factors for the brand based upon market landscape, therapeutic domain and unmet consumer needs
  • Owns the development, maintenance and revision of the local / HUB launch processes, tracking plans and launch readiness scorecard
  • Ensures timing and development of key deliverables are tracked and delivered
  • Leads launch work streams to track status of initiatives in preparation for launch readiness
  • Communicates & collaborates effectively & clearly with all groups
  • Identify risk factors, and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to diminish impact on launch timelines

  • Minimum 3/5 years of project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech or other industry
