We are looking for a motivated and scientifically driven Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced medical affairs professional to engage with healthcare professionals, contribute to scientific exchange, and support the generation of medical insights in a dynamic and evolving therapeutic environment.

The Role
As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will drive scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and key external stakeholders within your assigned territory. Working closely with Medical Affairs and cross-functional colleagues, you will support medical strategy through scientific exchange, insight generation, and educational activities.
In this role, you will build relationships with key opinion leaders, support evidence generation initiatives, and contribute to the execution of regional medical plans within Oncology and Urology, helping to improve patient outcomes and advance medical excellence.
The Person
- Advanced scientific degree (e.g. MD, PharmD, PhD) or university degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline;
- At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within Medical Affairs or as a Medical Science Liaison;
- Scientific and/or clinical knowledge in Oncology, Urology, or a related therapeutic area;
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and other healthcare stakeholders;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English;
- Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills;
- Ability to generate medical insights and translate scientific discussions into meaningful actions;
- Growth mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic scientific environment;
- Experience working in cross-functional and international teams;
- Team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders;
- Deliver scientific communication and medical education within Oncology and Urology;
- Generate and share medical insights to support the development of medical strategy;
- Support advisory boards, educational events, and medical projects within the assigned territory;
- Assist with clinical research and real-world evidence initiatives;
- Contribute to the development and execution of regional medical plans;
- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs colleagues and cross-functional teams;
- Represent Accord at scientific meetings, conferences, and other external engagements.
What We Offer
The planned annual gross base salary for this position is within a range starting at EUR 90.000,- The specific salary level will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and placement within our internal, objective, and gender‑neutral compensation system.
