Marketing Product Owner

Role: Full-time, permanent

Location: Stockley Park, West London or Barcelona, Spain

The Role

The Digital Product Owner drives the project management, development, testing, training, and optimization of Accord’s digital health and marketing platforms across EMENA, ensuring alignment with company objectives and local market needs. The role analyzes the impact of digital solutions to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the solutions. It also ensures that all teams have access to and are equipped to effectively use Accord’s digital tools.

 

Digital Health

  • Lead the technical development, localization, and commercialization of digital health platforms across EMENA, delivering monthly analytics to local markets.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with EMENA markets, ensuring correct usage and optimization of digital platforms.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with external agencies across EMENA, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end content review in collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the region.
  • Ensure the cybersecurity and compliance of all digital health and digital marketing platforms.

Digital Marketing

  • Develop Power BI dashboards to support key digital health and marketing platforms across local markets.
  • Lead the technical implementation and optimization of CLM platforms, providing continuous support to local teams.
  • Deliver training sessions for new KAMs and Marketeers across EMENA, enhancing technical capability and platform adoption.
  • Ensure synchronization between connected platforms within Accord’s digital ecosystem.
  • Support local markets in customer journey builds, platform management, and team upskilling.
  • Lead the ideation, implementation, and rollout of Google Analytics dashboards for CES countries.
  • Manage the rollout of validation tools (e.g., screenshot tool) to strengthen digital content approval processes.
  • Conduct end-to-end technical and UX/UI testing to ensure platform quality and performance.
  • Create and implement tagging to ensure accurate tracking and analytics across platforms.
  • Deliver monthly analytics reports for CES across all EMENA countries.
  • Generate and maintain UTMs and deep links for digital assets across the region.
  • Support analytics workstreams, including dashboard ideation and development.
  • Ensure compliant cookie banner and code implementation across EMENA markets.

 

 

The Person

  • Master’s or bachelor’s in business administration, engineering or similar.
  • Experience in end-to-end digital products or platforms management, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgement with numerical analysis and large amounts of data
  • A good level of written/oral English to communicate with the different teams
  • Pro-active and creative thinker, able to suggest new solutions to problems
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage workload and prioritize tasks
  • Experience working on multiple projects / tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., D365, Power BI, Google Analytics).
