Position: Permanent full-time job
Location: Warsaw, Poland

The Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager Dx CIS & Balkans, you will be responsible for comprehensive logistics management in a specific territory through strategic planning. Overseeing distribution, working directly with customers. Managing the logistics budget. Carrying out logistics tasks based on company objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Continuous optimisation of logistics processes and implementation of innovative solutions
• Cooperation with business partners around the world to ensure the highest level of customer service
• Cooperation with the supply chain manager and regional directors to develop sales and delivery strategies for customers
• Planning, coordinating and executing deliveries in accordance with signed contracts and regulations, as well as safety and quality standards
• Deliveries within and outside the EU in accordance with legal regulations
• Coordinating the flow of documents for intra-Community acquisitions of goods
• Preparing the necessary documentation and coordinating the flow of documents for exports
•Cooperation with customs agencies and customs offices
•Cooperation with all participants in the company's supply chain
•Monitoring product stocks and managing the flow of goods between warehouses
• Cooperation with carriers and forwarders, negotiating terms of cooperation
• Cooperating with the Quality Department – monitoring the status of exemptions
• Managing returns
• Any other reports and ad hoc tasks related to logistics and supply chain activities
The Person
•Proven experience in a similar position in a pharmaceutical/FMCG company.
•Higher education.
•Fluent English.
•Negotiation skills.
•Ability to make decisions under time pressure and in stressful situations.
•Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
•Self-confidence
•Communication skills
•Proactive approach and problem-solving skills
•Financial awareness
