Role Details
• Minimum 2 years in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry
• Higher education (medicine, pharmacy, chemistry, biology would be an advantage)
• Proven experience in successfully promoting medicinal products and achieving set targets
• In-depth knowledge of generic medicines and an understanding of the therapeutic context, including the competitive environment
• Understanding of the national and regional healthcare environment, including its structure, policy, and key members

The Role
The role has primary responsibility for sales and promotion activities within the territory defined in the Accord product portfolio for specific oncology and haematology therapeutic lines; achieving established sales and marketing targets.
Responsible for establishing cooperation with KOLs in assigned therapeutic areas and territories in the South Western region of Romania
• Establishing scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals and scientific societies; responsible for managing key customer relationships to build lasting partnerships
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and administrative support staff
• Participating in and organizing conferences and meetings
• Responsible for launching new SKUs/molecules in line with Accord Romania's strategy
• Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
• Manage relevant medical and commercial information about Accord products
