As a Key Account Manager Oncology, you will play a strategic role in promoting and delivering accurate scientific information about our products, supporting clinical best practices, and making a real difference in the therapeutic journey of oncology patients.


Your key responsibilities:
Reporting to the relevant Area Manager, you will:
• Clearly and scientifically present the oncology drugs in our portfolio, highlighting their therapeutic benefits in line with company strategy.
• Analyze the dynamics of your territory and assigned accounts, identifying customer needs and monitoring competitor activities.
• Develop, with the support of your manager, local action plans (Regional Account Plans) based on market data and aimed at increasing the penetration of our treatments.
• Effectively use promotional and management tools, in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Ensure consistent updates of the CRM and commercial reporting.
• Actively participate in ongoing training through corporate sessions and individual study to maintain a high level of scientific expertise.
• Collaborate closely with the cross-functional team (MSL, Market Access, Tender), contributing to integrated territory and institutional stakeholder management.
• Operate in line with Accord’s values and Code of Ethics, fully respecting current pharmaceutical regulations.

The Person


• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector in similar roles and within the relevant therapeutic area – oncology (preferably with launch experience in urology and lung)
• Strong analytical skills – ability to assess and interpret data
• Excellent relationship management – able to build an effective network with internal and external decision-makers (KOLs, hospital stakeholders)
• Outstanding organizational abilities – able to thrive in a highly dynamic environment with frequent changes
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Degree in a scientific discipline, in accordance with current regulations
