Key Account Manager Oncology

Role: Full-time, permanent

Location: Field Based –  Warszawa, Siedlce, Łomża, Ostrołęka, Wieliszew;

Salary: Competitive + bonus + car + benefits

The Role

You will be responsible for sales, promotion in line with the company's strategy in a defined territory within Accord Healthcare's Oncology product portfolio.  Build Accord's reputation and position in the marketplace. Meet established sales and marketing objectives to maximize product market share.

  • Fulfilment of set objectives and tasks (task-based working hours).
  • Achieve sales and marketing objectives; be responsible for selling your products in your territory and achieving sales targets.
  • Responsibility for establishing relationships with key opinion leaders in a specific field and building Accord's good image.
  • Establish research collaborations with health professionals, academia and patient organisations; Responsible for managing relationships with key customers to build lasting business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
  • Responsibility for managing the introduction of marketing solutions and coordinating promotional activities in the subordinate area.
  • Preparation and implementation of own solutions for effective development of the subordinate territory.

The Person


Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position in the Oncology line in the above geographical area

Higher education

Openness and communication skills combined with high personal culture

Very good organisation of own work, independence in action, conscientiousness, proactivity

Analytical approach and negotiation skills;

Communication and organisational skills, including setting priorities in action

Willingness to continuously expand knowledge of products and therapeutic areas;

Driving licence (Cat B), working knowledge of MS Office environment
