Account Manager Hx - Pharmaceuticals
Location: Nothern and Eastern Bohemia region
The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Key Account Manager to join our friendly team and who will take responsibility for promoting our hospital products in the Northern and Eastern Bohemia region.
In this fast developing and exciting role you will build, develop and maintain good business relationships with doctors, pharmacies, hospitals and specialised centres. In order to achieve regional targets you will plan and execute sales meetings and seek to strengthen the company's position in the market. You will also organize and actively participate in regional seminars and other company events, represent the company at professional conferences in the country and abroad. You will regularly monitor, collect, analyse and search for business opportunities in the area assigned to you.
The Person
Proven experience on a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in sales (originator or generics) at least 3 years.
- Excellent business and financial skills with good analytical skills
- Strong relationship management skills with an emphasis on influencing and maintaining relationships at all levels and gaining effective internal and external contacts with key customers
- Proactive and proactive approach with entrepreneurial enthusiasm - resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with changing priorities
- Strong customer orientation - focus on meeting customer expectations and ability to build effective relationships
- Excellent team player who can also work independently
- Minimum of a high school education in a healthcare field
- Permanent residence in the region
- User PC proficiency
- Group B driver's license
