Key Account Manager Hospital
Role: Full-time, permanent
Location : South-East France (Auvergne Rhône Alpes, Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur, Corse & Occitanie partielle)
The Role
To develop our hospital business, we are looking for a talented and motivated Key Account Manager. He/she will be responsible for increasing sales revenues of the France affiliate by establishing and maintaining close relationship with existing/new customers, identify new opportunities and preparing for new product launches.
To do so, your main missions will be:
- Establish relationships with hospital pharmacists, oncologists and key influencers in order to detail Accord Healthcare’s offering.
- Follow up with customers to identify opportunities to increase sales in both volumes and euros
- Be the primary point of contact for customers in resolving any potential issues (back-orders, pricing issues...)
- Creation of awareness for Accord Healthcare as a generic player in France and a leading company in UE.
- Participate in customer segmentation and targeting.
- Develop key accounts according to a defined strategy.
- Assist in preparation of tenders to ensure Accord Healthcare is well positioned
- Prepare monthly sales report to identify risks/opportunities and improve sales forecasts
- Maintain customer data base (price, rebates, stakeholders, contact details...) to support marketing activities
- Communicate customer feedback/suggestions on product needs and carry out competitive intelligence.
- Represent Accord Healthcare at events and congresses and participate in or organise meetings like staff meeting etc.
The Person
- Excellent knowledge of the France pharmaceutical/generics landscape, with focus on hospitals
- Experience as KAM in the hospital environment
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Long term customer relations and personal contacts to key opinion leaders in France
- Being able to work in a highly regulated environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong customer orientation
- Result oriented, dynamic with a good feeling for opportunities.
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Curious and eager to find new opportunities
- Ability to plan and organize (territory management,..)
- Long term customer relations and personal contacts to key opinion leaders in France
- IT literate (Excel, Word, powerpoint, CRM,…)
