Position: Full-time, permanent contract

Location: Silesian/Opole Province,

The Role

The person in this position will be responsible for sales and promotion in accordance with the company's strategy in a specific area of the Accord Healthcare Therapeutic product portfolio: rheumatology, transplantology, osteoporosis. Building Accord's reputation and position in the market. Achieving set sales and marketing targets in order to maximise market share. Main responsibilities:
•    Achieving set goals and tasks (task-based working time);
•    Achieving sales and marketing targets; responsibility for selling products in the assigned territory and for achieving sales indicators;
•    Responsibility for establishing cooperation with key opinion leaders in a specific field and building a good image for Accord;
•    Establishing scientific cooperation with health specialists, scientific circles and patient organisations; responsibility for managing relationships with key customers in order to build lasting business partnerships;
•    Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible patient treatment outcomes;
•    Responsibility for managing the implementation of marketing solutions and coordinating promotional activities in the assigned territory;
•    Preparation and implementation of own solutions for the effective development of the assigned territory;

The Person

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the above-mentioned therapeutic areas in the provinces of Silesia/Opole
• Higher education
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
•    Openness and communication skills combined with excellent manners
•    Very good organisation of own work, independence in action, conscientiousness, proactivity
•    Analytical approach and negotiation skills
•    Communication and organisational skills, including setting priorities in action
•    Willingness to continuously expand knowledge of products and therapeutic areas
•    Category B driving licence, practical knowledge of MS Office
