The Role
We have a great opportunity for an ambitious and customer focused Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Switzerland, to create awareness for Accord as a leading company in Generics and Specialties in oncology/haematology.
Overseeing the region of Basel, Berne, Aargau and Luzern in Switzerland, you'll contribute to the achievements of our business objectives by defining and implementing an access strategy. You'll visit hospital pharmacists and oncologists/haematologists in hospital and private practice and detail Accord’s offering, in order to increase our customer base. On a daily basis you'll engage with customers, make offers to hospitals and organize meetings. You continuously develop your knowledge on disease areas, products and conduct regular market analysis in order to create new services for customers and patients. In addition, you'll collaborate with the wider business functions to optimize and continuously improve the results of market penetration.
The flexibility for regular travel through the territory is essential for this role.
The Person
Excellent (mother tongue) oral and written French skills
Excellent knowledge of the Swiss pharmaceutical/generics landscape, with focus on hospitals and oncologists/haematologists (in practice and hospitals).
Long term customer relations and personal contacts to key opinion leaders in Switzerland
Good understanding of products and therapies applied in hospital and oncology.
Experience as KAM in the same or similar therapeutic area
Excellent selling and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills
High level of flexibility and resilience in terms of changing priorities and tasks
Team-oriented and independent person with a structured and precise way of working
Very good knowledge of English- written and spoken
Good presentation skills
Good computing skills including experience with CRM-systems, MS-Office, etc..
