Role: Full-time, permanent contract
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Junior Product Manager is supporting sales of Oncology products in place and to come on all marketing aspects. The main activities will be to build and roll out the global (corporate and local) strategy into Belgium specific programs and enforce utilisation of these programs by Sales Force. The Junior Product Manager will closely work with Regulatory Affairs department.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare materials, animation, presentation and follow up related to the Oncology core product
- Contribute to the development of marketing / annual brand plan defining and executing key areas within the associated tactical plans and driving marketing activities and business
- Participate in budget management and agency partners to deliver innovative, impactful programs that advance the brand strategies and will lead a focused promotion channel, including personal, non-personal/digital, and/or peer-to-peer promotion across multiple customer segments (HCPs, nurses, pharmacists, patients)
- Identify channel-specific innovations and proposes how to incorporate within the brand tactical plan, as well as into the Oncology portfolio
- Drive collaboration with all cross functional partners, including sales, regulatory, legal, analytics, market research, competitive intelligence, patient advocacy, medical affairs, and patient value/ access
- Design promotional material and ensures execution of messaging and brand strategy
- Customers visit to follow and adapt the marketing campaigns
- Contribute to the sales analysis to follow the sales vs budget
- Ensure Congresses presence and implementation
- Participating in marketing budget follow-up
The Person
- Scientific background in healthcare products
- A pharmaceutical Marketing certification is a real plus
- A first successful experience in sales, marketing or similar function within pharmaceutical industry
- Product Management/Marketing or strategic decision position in commercial operations or marketing at a generic/biosimilar pharmaceutical company is a plus
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to self-motivate, work in cross-functional teams and remain flexible.
- Enthusiasm, energy and determination to achieve results.
- Good listening, organization/planning, questioning and problem-solving skills.
