Junior Brand Manager (Speciality Brands)

Role: Full-time, permanent

Location: Stockley Park, West London

Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits

 

**This role will be on site 5 days per week**

The Role

The role has primary responsibility to support the development and implementation of Brand Strategies across Oncology Cancer area in EMENA.

Contribute to commercial planning, market analysis, marketing campaign developing and local implementation in coordination with functional stakeholder groups, including Marketing &Commercial Department,  Medical Affairs and Compliance.

Collaborate with the Oncology Franchise in developing digital assets and channels for the long-term period plans in alignment with the Oncology Franchise strategy.

The Role offers opportunity to work in a dynamic, science-driven environment, supporting innovative Oncology Therapies across multiple European Markets

 

  • Coordinate Vendors and Creative Agencies Work and the adaptation and localization of Marketing Materials in line with  Veeva Approval process
  • Support of Multichannel Marketing and digital projects preparation
  • Support of Oncology Competitors activities assessment with industry trend analysis
  • Support the development of dedicated market research in Lung & Gastric Therapeutic Areas
  • Provides support to the local markets to ensure alignment and consistency of brand strategy and tactics across Europe
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence Teams
  • Assist in organizing Congresses, Educational Events and workshops
  • Support Budget planning , tracking and management of Marketing expenditures

The Person

  • Experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing
  • Experience in Oncology or Urology Specialty Care
  • Understanding of market research and data analysis
  • Ability to interact with the internal Stakeholders and to work cross-functionally
  • Embrace the Team working approach
  • Flexible, organized with good levels of planning and organization
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Veeva/ Promomat would be appreciated
  • International/ Corporate marketing experience will be a plus
  • IT skills (MS Office - Excel and Power Point mainly)
  • Very good command of English is required
