Business Analyst
Role: Full-time, FTC

The Role
Responsibility for the support: development, delivery, implementation, reporting, and monitoring of actions related to sales force effectiveness (SFE) and commercial excellence in order to achieve key business objectives of Accord Healthcare Poland.
- Providing analytical support, with the help of a manager, for the sales organization of Accord Healthcare PL, with particular emphasis on Excel analysis, dashboards, and task automation
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including national sales managers and KAMs, to implement our SFE program to address business needs
- Mastering reports and (long-term goal) PowerBI dashboards to take control over existing reporting tools, dashboards, and other SFE-related metrics
- Working with invoicing data, exchange rates, and standard reports in SAP and PNS
- Assisting in sales support and month-end closing processes
- Supporting the process of creating and monitoring sales KPI metrics – both quantitative and qualitative – in close cooperation with local sales managers and other stakeholders
- Managing ex-factory sales dashboards project
- Updating G2N insight online tool
- Working with MIS reports
- Creating and updating tools for measuring and forecasting key sales indicators
- Ensuring consistency, reliability and appropriate quality of all standard reports
- Assisting in conducting internal meetings on commercial excellence to ensure a clear understanding of metrics and taking action while implementing the commercial "500 in 5" strategy
- Support for selected internal and external SFE projects, including tracking sales data, setting goals, and data migrations
- Reduction of manual work in all aforementioned tasks through automation and process improvement
- Collaboration with the broader sales and marketing team, with particular focus on projects related to market data
- Taking responsibility for contacts regarding all Commercial Excellence / SFE initiatives both internally (supporting sales teams) and externally (data providers, technology suppliers, consulting firms, auditors)
- Support for the EMENA Commercial Excellence team
The Person
- Higher education
- Preferred 5+ years of analytical experience in SFE, sales support, or consulting
- A broad understanding of pharmaceutical company structure and openness to the needs of internal and external clients will be an additional asset
- Deep knowledge of models and tools for market data analysis (with particular emphasis on PowerBI and Excel)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/medical industry, in business analysis related to sales, or in consulting will be an additional asset
- Analytical thinking, experience in data visualization, creating dashboards, working with multiple data sets
- Knowledge of Polish and very good knowledge of the MS Office suite (mainly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
