Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lead

Role: Full-time, permanent

Location: Stockley Park, West London

Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits

The Role

The AI Business Lead will drive the EMENA region Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives (Global and Regional) and driving measurable impact across functional, Commercial and Operational areas.

 

• Define and execute the EMENA AI roadmap aligned with global, regional and business transformation goals and ongoing programs

• Identify high-value use cases for AI across departments and prioritise initiatives based on ROI and feasibility.

• Monitor emerging AI trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

• Partner with business units to translate challenges into AI-driven solutions.

• Ensure AI initiatives deliver tangible business outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Develop frameworks for ethical AI use and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Work closely with the Process Intelligence Lead to align AI initiatives with process mining / intelligence insights.

• Integrate AI into process intelligence and automation initiatives to optimise workflows and reduce inefficiencies.

The Person

• Ideally Batchelor degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or Mathematics. Preferred with specialisation in AI/ML, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Technology Strategy.

• 8+ years in digital transformation or similar roles

• 4+ years in AI/ML strategy and delivery.

• Certifications or accreditations within AI & Data, Process Automation and Project Delivery strongly preferred
