The Role
The Head of Insights & BI is a hybrid leadership and hands-on role responsible for shaping and executing the vision, strategy, and delivery of actionable insights across multiple regions. This role leads a high-performing team of analysts while also personally driving key analytical initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strong technical capabilities with commercial acumen and senior stakeholder management to influence strategic decisions and support business growth.
The Person
- Educated to degree level in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Data Science, Life Sciences).
- Significant experience in analytics, insights, or commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of pharmaceutical markets.
