Cluster Portfolio Manager

Role: Full-time, permanent

Location: Multi locational opportunity - Lille, Brussels or Utrecht- depending on Candidate experience and location

Cluster Portfolio Manager

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio & NPL (New Product Launch) France, Belgium & The Netherlands, you will be responsible for supporting with leading the development of the Cluster business through product portfolio management in line with key business objectives and commercial strategies, encompassing Generic, Hospital and Speciality brand Products. You will drive product portfolio management, enhancement and development and be responsible for leading market insight requirements to support a profitable and diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

Portfolio Enhancement Responsibilities:

• Identify product ‘wish lists’ for inclusion in the portfolio and preparation of business cases to support inclusion in the central development plan or local third-party sourcing plan
• Undertake market, product and supplier analysis to support decision making and effective launch plans for Global and Local Portfolio additions using a wide variety of market intel

Product Lifecycle Management Responsibilities:

• Provide local data and insights for Business Case calculations to drive the Cluster agenda
• Ensure the product Portfolio is fit for purpose
• Oversight and management of the entire Portfolio to ensure continuity of supply; including product transfers and re-formulation

Working with key stakeholders within Cluster, European and Global teams to deliver a consistent and integrated approach to;

• Product Development and Enhancement, Portfolio & NPL Management
• Business Development & In licensing
• Scientific Affairs, Supply Chain and Quality

De kandidaat

• Should possess a Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent (masters or higher degree) with 5 to 10 years of business pharmaceutical experience. 
• Substantial relevant professional and Pharmaceutical experience
• Strong analytical skills of Financial and IQVIA data
• Ability to work in a pressurised, complex and fast moving environment, and to contribute effectively to team working situations and group discussions
• A track record of accomplishments in Portfolio, Sales or Business Development at an operational and strategic level
• Excellent proven track record in scenario planning, report writing and impactful presentation skills at all levels
• Demonstrable evidence of project management including project lifecycle and requirements analysis
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English
